The different departments of the City of Badger work hard to take care of the community. If you have questions related to a particular department, general information may be found on this website. Please take a moment to explore the information provided as it may answer many questions. If you need additional assistance, we welcome you to call or email the department directly and they will happily answer any questions.
Badger has a maintenance person, city clerk, water plant operator, a library, community center, volunteer fire and emergency service department and a U.S. Post Office. The City Clerk's office is located at 120 1st Street SE. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. City Council meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. Building permits are required before you build or improve your property. A permit application is available from the Residents Tab, Building Permits and Inspections, and must be approved before you start your project.
