Fireworks

Due to recent state legislation, fireworks will now be allowed in Badger on July 3rd from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, July 4th from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, and on December 31st from 9:00 am to 12:30 am January 1st only.
Fireworks may be used only on private property and only during these hours. Violations of these restrictions are considered a simple misdemeanor and are punishable by a fine of not less than $250.00.
